People-Centred Property
Creating suitable homes for identified needs
Triple-T Premium Properties invests in and develops supported living and specialist housing across the United Kingdom. We recognise that a successful scheme must work as both a home and a sustainable property asset. Location, accessibility, layout, safety, durability, local amenities and the needs of the intended residents all require careful consideration.
Our involvement may include acquiring and adapting existing property, developing new accommodation, retaining and managing specialist housing within our own portfolio, or leasing suitable homes to established care and support providers.
Creating suitable homes for identified needs
Our property considerations
- The needs and intended outcomes of the people who will live there
- Location, community access, transport and proximity to local services
- Accessibility, layout, privacy and opportunities for independence
- Safety, security, maintenance and whole-life property costs
- Planning, building control, housing standards, licensing and other relevant requirements
- The operational requirements and covenant strength of the proposed provider
- Long-term demand and sustainability of the accommodation model

How we can work
Develop and retain
We may acquire, develop and retain suitable specialist accommodation within our own portfolio, taking responsibility for the property and its long-term management.
Lease to established providers
We may lease suitable accommodation to established care and support organisations under an agreed property arrangement, enabling the provider to deliver the support services for which it is appropriately registered, commissioned or contracted.
Develop accommodation around an identified requirement
Where a credible local need or placement requirement has been identified, we can explore the acquisition, adaptation or development of a suitable property with the relevant stakeholders.
